These are general tips for any rich moisturizer. Ask Joe for directions for this cream.

Patch test firstRub a little on a small patch of skin, like the inside of your arm, and wait a day. If you see redness or itching, do not use it.
Start clean and dryUse it on clean skin that is not broken, cut or raw.
A little goes farTallow is rich. Warm a small amount between your fingertips and press it into dry spots.
Mind your eyesKeep it out of your eyes. If some gets in, rinse with clean water.
Ask about storageAsk Joe how best to store your jar so it stays fresh.
